We Teach Our People How to Turn Goals Into Reality

Goals are the base of success, and big targets drive big success. This is why goal-setting is one of the cornerstones of our Prompt Innovations Inc. training program. Our brand ambassadors help team members set milestones for personal and professional development, and then encourage us to surpass those targets. 

The first lesson we teach our team members is to make objectives meaningful. The more emotionally attached we are to a potential outcome, the harder we’ll work to make it a reality. Time spent reflecting on our values and understanding our true desires is well-spent at this phase.

Then, once we’ve determined what vision for the future truly moves us, we use our go-to Prompt Innovations Inc. strategy for goal-setting: SMART. This stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-sensitive. Using this as a filter, we can turn any wish into a clearly-defined objective.

Once we’ve used SMART to identify our main goal, we work backward and create smaller milestones for us to hit that will keep us focused on our big, long-term objectives. We can break targets down into quarterly, monthly, and even daily action steps. These are easier to focus on and help us build momentum as we strive toward our ultimate priorities.
